Dalcroze Solfege is a study in eartraining where students are taught to identify by ear and eye and to label specific music parameters of a given composition such as key, meter, rhythm structure, harmonic language, etc. Students learn to use the "fixed doh" system of reading and singing music notation. All tetrachords, major and minor doh-to-doh scales, triads, and the first five species of seventh chords with their resolutions are also covered.
